- For postal code, you can use “00802”
- From state option choose “Virgin Island”

. - After clicking continue another page will appear in signature field write the name on which your account is and in capacity field writes “Publisher”
- Save it after saving you will be redirected to the payee profile page and you will see the tax forum is successfully submitted.
- Again changed the address to your original one.
WARNING: Do not change the username of the account after tax forum submitted and make sure that you have saved your previous address before changing.
